The judges in the case of Rex and Rebecca Clark has sentenced them to serve concurrent life sentences for four child abuse charges, and life without parole for the first-degree murder of their 9-year-old nephew Colton Clark.

The jury in the case of Rex and Rebecca Clark is now deliberating. 

A jury has returned their verdict for counts two through six, including multiple life sentences, in the murder trial of Alton Nolen.

Alton Nolen has been found guilty on all six charges related to the horrific beheading at Vaughan Foods in Moore.

Over three years since the beheading incident at Vaughan Foods, some answers will likely come Friday. District Attorney Greg Mashburn said they only have one more witness to call in the rebuttals. Then closing arguments will happen.

Alton Nolen is accused of beheading a co-worker three years ago, and on Wednesday, a doctor testified he has schizophrenia. 

On Thursday morning, 56 potential jurors filed into Judge Lori Walkley's courtroom in Cleveland County. 

Monday, Garfield County Sheriff Jerry Niles sent in a letter suspending himself and five jail employees who have been indicted after the death of an inmate. 

Brian Moody, 24, is one of four inmates who escaped from the Lincoln County Jail on Monday.
